Sample Letter to support applications to the John Glover Travel Fund

Dear Conference Organisers

I hereby certify that _______ student _____ is a full time ___hons-MSc-Phd__ student currently enrolled at ___institution___, studying under my supervision, and is a worthy candidate for the John Glover Travel Fund.  The ASFB meeting will greatly enhance their experience and knowledge. 

The student is a student member of the Australian Society for Fish Biology or will be by the time of the meeting.

The receipts will present to the ASFB are for bona fide travel costs to the annual conference venue.  The receipts or bona fide copies will be stapled to a summary sheet and the various costs totalled.
