Attendance at social functions which may occur on the evening of your day ticket are NOT included in Day registrations.

All registrations will be acknowledged by an email with confirmation of registration details according to the submitted registration forms. The registration form acts as a Tax Invoice.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance and medical insurance prior to the conference. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The conference secretariat and ASFB will not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
The Privacy Act 2001 provides that, before your name and organisational details can be published in the list of conference delegates for distribution, you must give your consent. You may elect to exclude your name from the published Delegate List.
Cancellations received in writing by 17 August 2007 will be accepted and fee refunded less a $100 administration fee. Refunds will not be given after this date, however transfer of registration will be accepted, prior to 5 September 2007. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
The information contained on this form is correct at the time of printing. The ASFB 2007 conference committee reserves the right to alter or delete items from the program as circumstances dictate.

All delegates, accompanying persons, speakers and exhibitors will receive a name badge on registration. This badge is your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all Conference sessions, meals and social events.
All registration materials, including name badges, Conference Dinner tickets and Conference satchel should be collected from the Registration Desk on the first day of your arrival.
