MELBOURNE MUSEUM
 
Melbourne Museum is Museum Victoria’s newest campus, its doors first opening in 1999. It is situated in Carlton Gardens, immediately north of Melbourne’s Central Business District. The towering dome of the Royal Exhibition Building sitting opposite the Museum at the centre of the Gardens provides a prominent landmark for those approaching by foot.
