Zoe Storm

Student Representative

Zoe is a first-year PhD student at JCU, studying how environmental change affects coral trout fisheries through behaviour, physiology, and ecology. Prior to this, she completed an MSci in Marine and Freshwater Biology at the University of Glasgow and has worked on various fish-related topics with research teams at AIMS and CRIOBE in French Polynesia. Passionate about all things fish, Zoe loves connecting research across disciplines. As this year’s ASFB Student Representative, she is excited to help students get involved, share ideas, and feel part of the fish biology community.
