Earlybird - payment for early bird discounted registrations must be received no later than the specified early bird rate deadline. Payment not received before this deadline will result in a forfeit of the discount.

The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.
If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN Events, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate'.
If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN Events, you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, outlining what you have registered for. If you do not receive this email, either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact the secretariat, please do not re-register.
If you wish to make changes to your registration type after you have registered, please email the details to the secretariat, - do not re-register.

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:
Credit card - Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Please note that you will be charged a 1.25% surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and 2.95% surcharge for using American Express
Cheque - either personal or from your institute
Direct debit - you will be emailed banking instructions upon application
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal Police and the Immigration Office.

Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact the conference secretariat via email.
Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AU$100 if made in writing before Friday 07 October 2022. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. If you have not yet paid for your attendance at the time of cancellation this must be paid in full.
Accommodation can be cancelled up until Friday 30 September 2022 at no charge. After this date, cancellation will be up to the discretion of the hotel. Please contact the conference secretariat for any changes to bookings made via the registration portal.

In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events. Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee.

The Conference Organisers accept no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If the Conference Organisers elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference.
If the Conference Organisers elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The conference will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Conference Organisers and ASN Events as managing agent, accept no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings in this regard.
